Taiwanese Journal of Agricultural Chemistry and Food Science

The Taiwanese Journal of Agricultural Chemistry and Food Science is jointly published by the Agricultural Chemical Society of Taiwan and the Taiwan Association for Food Science and Technology. It primarily publishes research by members of the two societies.

The journal welcomes original research reports and articles in agricultural chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, microbiology, fermentation chemistry, soil science and environmental protection, contaminated soil remediation and restoration, food science, and food nutrition. Manuscripts must not have been previously published or submitted to another journal in Taiwan or abroad.

The journal features research from leading universities and research institutions in Taiwan and internationally, including contributions from distinguished scholars at overseas institutions. Its broad coverage and rigorous scholarship make it a valuable academic publication.

Submissions are accepted throughout the year. Once a manuscript is received and registered, an editorial board member or the Editor-in-Chief invites two experts in the relevant field to review it. Manuscripts are published only after satisfactory revision, approval following further review, and thorough copyediting and proofreading.

As one of Taiwan’s most highly regarded academic research journals, the journal combines innovative research with high-quality presentation and printing. It provides scholars and professionals with a platform for sharing research findings and a valuable resource for their work.
